whats your daily intake like? like what kind of foods do you eat you have an amazing body!

I never really eat the same but you could say this is was it usually looks like:

Breakfast:
oatmeal with soymilk and fruit,
or yogurt with granola and fruit
Lunch:
sandwiches with meat or fish and veggies/salad,
or salad/veggies, meat or fish and sweet potato
Dinner:
serving of brown rice or sweet potato, meat or fish, cooked veggies

Snacks: 
fruit, nuts, granola bars, lots of veggies,
protein shakes, yogurt, soy milk, oats

This doesn’t seem to much when I sum it up like this,
but believe me i eat alot of it haha.
